State-of-the-art technologies and equipment

To ensure high-quality assembly, each circuit board undergoes thorough verification at various stages of the manufacturing process.

Solder paste inspection system (SPI)

This device, slaved to the printer, checks the distribution and thickness of the solder paste to optimally contribute to the positioning and fusion of each electronic component.

3D optical inspection system (AOI)

This equipment validates, in the finest detail, the mounting compliance of each component on a circuit board, to deliver a reliable and compliant product. An exceptional vision in the era where miniaturization and densification are the norm.

X-ray inspection

The X-ray machine allows visualization of the intermediate layers of the printed circuit as well as the condition of solder joints located under components.

Visual inspection

Before going to functional testing or shipping, visual inspection validates the overall quality of the product according to general criteria and specific requirements for its use.
